What is a Doula Anyway?

Someone experienced to provide education and support in the days following the birth of your baby. Serving you with the transition of having a new addition in your life. They educate and prepare you on newborn care, pay particular attention to your recovery needs and help you get some much needed rest. After all, you grew and birth an entire little human.
