Choose your preferred support:
What does in-person doula support look like?
It looks like having the option of in-person prenatal and postnatal visits as well as in-person birth and immediate postpartum support. From in session classes, to massages, position changes and performing rebozo and/or spinning baby techniques during your birth, the Sunflower package allows for the most personal interaction throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey.
What does virtual doula support look like?
Here, your doula connects with you via phone and/or video communication to education and prepare your growing family. The White Magnolia package virtually provides guidance on coping with labor and different pain management techniques. It continues this means of support for your family throughout your birth and postpartum period.
What does tailored education look like?
Rather than have continuous pregnancy and birth support, the education option may be most fitting for you. The Tulip package allots time to meet with your doula for three prenatal and two postnatal visits. With the exception of having on call accessibility, the scheduled times are structured visits to discuss topics specific to your birthing needs.
